Having already showcased Spanish and Latin American photography in the past, PHotoEspaña heads into its 19th edition with an overview of the medium of photography on the European continent. The festival’s artistic programme presents exhibitions curated by different specialists, aiming to evaluate the very concept of Europe itself: what is it, what has it been and how is the continent evolving in social, geographic, political, economic and creative terms?
